One command a week, plainly put.
Each station opens with a single command of Jesus, printed in the King James words, beside one prompt. No commentary, nothing to interpret — just the word, and room enough to answer it in your own hand.
Station 1 · Repent · Matthew 4:17Turning is a physical act. Stand and turn your whole body slowly toward something you have been avoiding, then sit and write what your body did: the breath, the jaw, the stomach. Then write what it would take for your body to turn the rest of the way.
