1. Who we are

This store is operated by NO PARADE of Bayonne, New Jersey, United States, under the name Letters to God. “We” means us. “You” means the person placing an order.

2. What you are buying

Each book is generated for you from the name, start date and time zone you enter, and then printed to order. You are responsible for entering them correctly. Product pictures show real pages, and the dates in them are examples.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout. Where the law requires it, sales tax is added before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

4. Production and delivery

Because books are printed after you order, the times we give are estimates, not promises. We ship within the United States only. See Delivery and returns.

5. Returns and replacements

Personalized books cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, or differs from what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.

6. Cancellations and changes

Write to us as soon as you can. Before your files go to print we can correct or cancel an order and refund it. After that we cannot.

7. Content and copyright

The prompts, layout and design of these books are copyright NO PARADE. Scripture is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. The list of 48 commands follows a compilation by NewStart Discipleship. Please do not copy or resell our pages.

8. Using this site

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it. We may change or remove content at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
